CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - Several Charleston roads are scheduled to close on Monday for the 53rd annual MLK Jr. Day Parade. The parade will take place on Jan. 20 and begin setting up near Burke High School at 6 a.m., which will cause Fishburne Street near Hagood Avenue to close early. The parade is The route is expected to reopen by 12:00 p.m. Vehicle access to several businesses and residences will be limited during the parade.
